While this model is subject to change in the future, the fundamental approach to reserving / booking a lake house property on 5RK Ranch Lakeside is as follows:

50% Cost of Reservation Due at Time of Booking

50% Cost of Reservation Due 60 Days Ahead of Arrival Date

Any Additional / Incremental Service Fee's Incurred Due on Check-Out Date

While this policy is subject to change in the future, the current 5RK Ranch Lakeside cancellation policy is as follows:

Guest cancellations made more than 60 days before the reservation arrival date will receive full-refund of reservation costs paid

Guest cancellations made between 60 days and 30 days before the reservation arrival date will receive a 50% refund of reservation costs paid

Guest cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation arrival date will not be entitled to a refund of any reservation costs paid

Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) is offered as optional on some booking platforms while automatically included (mandatory) on some platforms. ADP is required and included in Guest pricing provided at the time of booking a reservation on many online travel agencies (OTA’s) and booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, & Booking.com. An ADP is required and included in the rates associated with reservations booked directly on 5RK Ranch Lakeside websites. This approach benefits all parties and is activated in place of a significantly larger security deposit at the time of booking.
ALL Guests of 5RK Ranch Lakeside MUST activate an ADP with 5RK Ranch Lakeside prior to check-in, or execute a Host determined and approved security deposit if the Guest stay is for 21 consecutive nights or longer.
For Guest stays of 21 consecutive nights or longer, additional ADP considerations may be required by Host. Host will reach out directly to Guest at time of booking as necessary & applicable.

YES. All Guests of 5RK Ranch Lakeside properties will be required to execute a rental agreement after booking a reservation, and execution of the rental agreement is mandatory prior to check-in. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without execution of the rental agreement.
