After building a successful tool & die business in Chicago, Steve & Bertha Kobzy acquired this 20+ acre property in 1923. For the last 100+ years this property has served as the private retreat of the Kobzy-Roberts family. Besides being a legacy family retreat, Tom & Alice Roberts hosted business associates, friends, & Medinah Temple Shriners. Owners of the 5RK Ranch, an on-property coral was built for the family's horses. This property is one of only a few remaining legacy family estates on Round Lake.

5RK Ranch - 5 Bedroom Lake House #1 (Sleeps 12)
A new 3,000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom lake house under construction will be available for guests by May 2026. This 2-story lake house will be comprised of 2 bedrooms on main level, 2 bedrooms on finished lower level, and a closed loft on the second floor with 4 built-in twin beds ideal for kids and young adults. This house will boast a walk-out lower level to a private patio and fire-pit area that leads to your private boat dock. The wrap-around covered deck with perfect lake views awaits.
